Through testing conducted by Ms. Soho, the results from our products have lasted up to one month. These results may vary dependant on your skin type and complexion- that is what makes everyone beautifully unique.

You can use any of our product range as often as you like. We recommend completing a treatment of each of our products once a month to maintain best results.

If you are ordering a mix or all of our product ranges, we recommend completing the Pore Peel first to completely extract all the dirt and grime from your pores. Next, we recommend using the five day Beautitox treatment to completely detoxify your skin. After that, use our Black Extract: Nose Pore Purifier product to thoroughly cleanse the nose. Use our Collagen Cleanse range in any order to replenish the elasticity back into the skin with collagen and 24k gold- Face Tightener, Eye Brightener or Lip Plump. Use the Blemish: Spot Treatment whenever a pimple pops up, as you see fit. Finally, use either of the Illuminate products at your own discretion, when you want to give your skin an extra glow.

Yes, all of our orders are tracked. You will receive an email notification which includes your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If all products are available at your countries Ms. Soho warehouse, they will be shipped all together. However, occasionally your countries warehouse may be out of stock of a certain product. In this case, your products will be shipped seperately at no additional cost. Please note, this may slightly delay shipping time frames.
